Job Description
- Conducting ongoing market, user, and competitive research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience.
- Identify and outline the key features, priorities of our products.
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog
- Clearly defining and communicating product requirements and ensuring the development team understands the scope of work.
- Act as the lead user for the system, providing clarification and guidance to development and testing staff.
- Planning and managing product releases, which includes deciding on the timing and content of releases based on the product roadmap.
- Ensuring the product meets quality standards, overseeing the development process and accepting or rejecting work results.
- Aid in pre-sales efforts like product demonstrations to prospects, responding to RFIs/ RFPs
Skills Required:
- A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills, creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Working knowledge of SQL
- May be required to travel to client locations.
- Retirement/ Banking/ Insurance/ Financial domains - a plus
