- Compliance Testing: Perform all types of contribution calculations and non-discrimination tests.
- Form 5500 Preparation: Prepare Form 5500 for both audited and non-audited plans.
Series of Activities:
- Compliance Processing and Testing: Responsible for conducting compliance processing and testing of defined contribution plans.
- Regulation Application: Apply retirement plan regulations and plan provisions to various retirement plans and providers.
- ERISA and IRS Knowledge: Understand Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) rules and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) plan documents.
- Contribution Validation and Testing: Validate contributions based on client requirements and perform testing, including:
- 402(g)
- ADP/ACP
- 410(b)
- 415
- 414(s)
- 401(a)(4)
- 416
- Analyze testing results and implement correction methods for any failures.
- Form Preparation: Prepare Form 5500, schedules, 8955-SSA, and 5558.
