Head - Engineering - Plant - Tyre Manufacturing (12-22 yrs)

Job Profile: Group Leader Engineering will head the engineering of the entire plant. He has to lead a team of experienced engineers. The major functions of this position is to handle the electrical installations (110 KV/ 11KV HT installation) to 11KV/440 V LT installation), Diesel Generators, Compressors, Water Treatment plants. In addition to this, he is also responsible for the upkeep of the equipment in the plant to achieve high level of OEE. He will also be responsible for execution of Capex projects.

This position will directly report to the Unit Head. The Plant engineering is sub-divided into 6 functions (viz central engineering, quality engineering, electrical engineering, utilities 1 & 2, Civil and Automation) headed by senior engineering professionals supported by more than 140 technically qualified personnel.

Will also be responsible for statutory compliance with respect to Engineering / Plant equipment

Experience : Minimum 15 years experience in Maintenance of Equipment, Utilities comprising compressors, boilers, diesel generators, HVAC, Water treatment plant, Electrical installations (HT & LT) etc. Essential to have working knowledge on TS 16949 and OSHAS.
