- Penetrate into existing accounts by new test addition and prevent churn
Operational Excellence:
- Drive alignment across the organization for service delivery.
- Champion and Own the Account on following aspects - Strategy, Business Model, Customer Expectations, Customer Value creation, seamless IT-related integrations, credit management, Key stakeholder engagement, doctor connect, engagement plan.
