Exp: - Freshers (10+2 & Any Graduate)
Notice period: - Immediate.
Job Location : - Bangalore, Karnataka
Walk in Date - 3 February 2025
Time - 10 AM to 1 PM
Shift Timings - US Shifts (One way cab available)
Work Mode - Work from Office
Job Description:-
- Freshers who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
