Job Title Customer Experience Associate III

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
• Education Qualification - Min Intermediate/12th/PUC
• Good English verbal and written skills required
• Preferred candidates with experience in International BPO Industry
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT
• Graduation Mandatory
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
