Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO customer service, international voice process, blended process, CCE, or similar roles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound processes for various industries (e.g., banking, insurance).
  
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment with diverse cultural backgrounds.
