Concretio Apps - Salesforce Architect (7-10 yrs)

Position : Salesforce Architect

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Gurgaon / Jaipur

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can drive the product into future meeting enterprise release management expectations of Force.com applications as well as engage with our existing clients, understand the business requirements and translate them to requirements for the product.

Responsibilities :

- Provide Salesforce subject expertise related to application architecture, data, integration, security, technology, mobile, and analytics.

- Document solution design, process flows, technical objects, release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable release changes to production.

- Lead evolution of peer solution review process and team-based proof of concept/demo.

- Provide optional solution design across salesforce integrated platforms; Force.com, Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds, Community, Managed packages, Einstein, Heroku, and integrated applications in accordance SDLC utilizing agile methodologies.

- Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems, utilizing middleware.

- Translate the client's business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities.

- Understand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenarios.

- Estimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectives.

- Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices.

- Act as a bridge between the development team and the customer.

- Liaison closely with application development & support groups to ensure a plan is in place for post go-live support.

- Identify & highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans.

Skills Required :

- A minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce experience.

- Must have Hands-on experience on multiple Salesforce cloud offerings, like Sales, Service, and Communities etc.

- Nice to have : Experience of ExactTarget, DemandWare, Mulesoft, Tableau.

- Ability to lead stakeholders across the organization at all levels to consensus in asserting an architecture which aligns the business objectives

- Extensive development experience with Salesforce development technologies; Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, REST API, SOAP API, XML, UML, Ajax, JSON.

- Excellent knowledge on Integrations using SOAP & REST API, various authentication mechanisms.

- In depth knowledge of core salesforce features like Apex & Visualforce, Data modeling, Workflow, SOQL, SOSL Approval process, Security using Roles/Profiles/Sharing Settings, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

- Active Developer Salesforce certifications required.

- Experience in query and code optimization to improve performance of application.

- Experience in Release Management and Continuous Integration Methodologies.

- Experience in Implementation of Various Tools for Code Reviews, Version Control and Deployment.
