Position : Sales Manager

Summary:
- Concretio is looking for a talented, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company in the IT industry.
- This includes researching potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals to generate revenue.
- The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and development/product teams to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in Salesforce.com and its cloud offerings by researching potential clients and using diverse channels beyond freelancing portals and LinkedIn to pitch company services and find new leads.
- Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and regularly meet with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and staying competitive.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
- Researching and identifying potential business opportunities and projects through various channels like online bidding (Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelance), Linkedin Sales Navigator, Emails, and Social media.
- Think of creative and proactive solutions to customer problems.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue goals, and achieve sales targets.
- Compose quality presentations, proposals, emails, pitches, and content to showcase company services in the best possible way.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate and close deals and manage ongoing client interactions to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by defining clear roles, and providing training and support to enhance skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to drive high engagement and productivity.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of generating revenue.
- Experience in the IT industry sales and knowledge of current market trends and developments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven with the ability to work well in a team environment.
