Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of the existing spam trends. Ability to identify new user trends/behavior.
• Provide proactive inputs/ideas to improve spam identification techniques. Gather, analyze, utilize relevant data and escalation trends to bring in changes to overall escalation processes and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to read, write and speak (language: English). Good Knowledge on intent.
• The ability to work in a team environment Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer. Good keyboard skills.
• Handle queries/troubleshooting on assigned reviews within service level agreement.

Key skills knowledge:

• Board understanding of social media products and services.
• Know-how of current affairs globally.
• Should have good judgemental skills.
• Past experience in investigating online financial crimes Past experience investigating opaque corporate structures / shell companies / beneficial ownership Past experience using corporate registries / reviewing public databases to identify individuals / companies behind an activity Past experience conducting CDD/KYC Investigations Past experience conducting open source intelligence research Past experience conducting interviews as part of research / investigations.
• Excellent Communication skills (Speaking American English) Should be ok to work in US shifts
