Sr. SME, Operations (Compliance) - EDD

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Quick and accurate data validation
• Design complicated process flows.
• Documenting and designing standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and tune the onboarding risk scoring tool for retail and SME customers.
• Support the enhanced due diligence process for onboarding.
• Keep the KYC lead informed of any escalations, exceptions, or recommended changes to process.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Experience in onboarding / KYC / KYC and conducting CDD, EDD and SDD
• Understanding of different company types and legal forms
• Understanding of banking/ operating powers required for operating a bank account.
• Knowledge of risks posed by SMEs and retail customers.
• Experience in summarizing complex information and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of CBUAE or European due diligence requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience in KYC, CDD, EDD process and due diligence.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Educational qualification: Graduate
