ComplianceQuest - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (7-12 yrs)

About the Role :

The Customer Success Team is looking for a self-starter, passionate about providing superior customer support. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and process improvement to oversee and drive the successful delivery of high-quality implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage implementations from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training, QA, product management, and stakeholders, to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.

- Implement best practices for process optimization, defect prevention, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee testing strategies, verification processes, and validation activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Track project progress using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and quality compliance records.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as an implementation project management, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.

- Proven track record of managing complex fast-moving projects in a technical or software development environment.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean), and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Six Sigma, or CQE are a plus.
