Kaleidofin - Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

In this role, you will work closely with the software development, engineering, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detailed, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities :

- Lead and managed Agile project teams, utilizing Scrum principles to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Coach, mentor, and guide teams on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Manage larger projects that span multiple sprints and deliver on end-to-end business priorities.

- Familiarity with the OKRs framework is a plus. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact project delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting transparency and accountability.

- Utilize Agile metrics and tools to monitor team performance and project health.

- Continuously improve Agile processes and methodologies, incorporating best practices into project workflows.

- The candidate will be suitably well versed in the appropriate information security responsibilities for the role and is responsible for adhering to them.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Scrum Master certification is mandatory.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications are a plus.

- Proven experience of 3-5 years leading multiple teams and managing cross-functional projects end-to-end.

- Proven experience of 2+ years as Scrum Master managing Agile/Scrum teams in Startups/ Mid-size organizations.

- Practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ).

- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to influence and motivate teams.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira is mandatory. Trello, and Asana are a plus).

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
