Role & responsibilities

End to End Program Plan creation and execution 

- Controlling scope and schedule 

- Overseeing the team and the individual tasks and deliverables

 - Customer Coordination for Program tracking and implementation 

- Budget/Capex coordinator between CTTi stakeholder and customer 

- Internal Stakeholder out of scope monthly expense claim from customer 

- Communicating with stakeholders and reporting on project status 

- manufacturing MOH Parameter validation and transfer to BC 

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering the project outcomes 

- Analysing and managing project risk - Monitor delivery status
