Job Description


Key Responsibilities.
  • Client Retention and Growth.
  • Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement strategies to retain them.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Performance Analysis and Communication.
  • Regularly review client performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Performance and Chat Operations to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous value addition.
  • Strategic Account Management.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve revenue retention and growth targets.
  • Monitor client accounts for declining performance, lead generation gaps, or other red flags and address them proactively.
Key Qualifications.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a subscription-based or performance-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: oExceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage international clients effectively.
  • Ability to convey technical or performance-related insights in an easily understandable manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build trust, understand client needs, and exceed expectations.
