Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
- Client Retention and Growth.
- Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement strategies to retain them.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
- Performance Analysis and Communication.
- Regularly review client performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Performance and Chat Operations to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous value addition.
- Strategic Account Management.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve revenue retention and growth targets.
- Monitor client accounts for declining performance, lead generation gaps, or other red flags and address them proactively.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a subscription-based or performance-driven environment.
- Communication Skills: oExceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage international clients effectively.
- Ability to convey technical or performance-related insights in an easily understandable manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build trust, understand client needs, and exceed expectations.
