Title: Account Manager

Description:
The Account Manager at blueBriX will play a critical role in the Professional Services department being responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves a deep understanding of IT solutions, strong communication skills, and a strategic approach to client engagement and knowledge in healthcare domain which is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and pain points.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Revenue Generation and Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and ensure profitability.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional IT services to existing clients.
Service Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact client relationships or service delivery.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize negative impacts.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant software tools.
- Prior experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
