TEAM LEADER - CUSTOMER SERVICE (Chat / E-mail)

Eligibility Criteria-

- Candidate must be from Telecom background only.

- Candidate must have on paper experience as a Team Leader for more than 2 years (Undergraduates can also apply.)

- Candidate must have experience of handling a team of Chat or E-mail process.

- 6 Days working,1 Rotational week off.

- Rotational shifts

- Age Criteria - max. 40 years

- Candidate must have better understanding about Operation Metrics.

Permanent WFH
