Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years (in sales/business development, preferably in paint, home decor, or related industries)

Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines.
• Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team revenue goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with potential clients.
• Follow up on leads to drive conversions and build long-term client relationships.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Regularly update CRM tools with sales activities and progress reports.
• Analyze client data to tailor sales strategies and solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Present and promote the companys products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to architects, interior designers, contractors, and retailers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights to the management for improving sales strategies and offerings.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in home decor, paints, or building materials).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Quick learner and open to feedback from seniors
