Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify and understand current trends, technologies, and customer needs within the computer hardware and software industry.
Utilize various strategies to generate qualified leads, such as attending industry events, networking, and cold calling.
Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their specific IT challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing clients in the computer hardware and software industry.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking equipment, security solutions, AMC plans).
Proactively identify client requirements and recommend comprehensive IT solutions that optimize their operations.
Business Development and Sales:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of computer hardware and software products, including laptops, desktops, servers, storage solutions, networking (active & passive), wireless technologies, AMC plans, and security solutions (hardware & software).
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the industry to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
