Training Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct periodic training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads

2. Creating L&D plan basis the need identified

3. Maintain and ensure adherence to training schedules for the Leadership Development Program

4. Maintain accurate program records like attendance, feedback, learning hours etc.

5. Manage end-to-end logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material distribution.

6. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

7. Gather feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders to improve program design and delivery

8. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business needs.
