Job Title: HR Specialist - US LOA (Leave of absence)

Job description:

• Bachelors degree or a masters degree in related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience in US LOA process.
• Strong customer service ethic, communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Prior experience in managing complex LOA transactions and data administration preferred.
• Experience managing data in HRIS systems required; experience using Workday preferred.
• Must have a fair idea of the US Leave of absence process and should have worked as a Leave case worker for two years.

Note: Willing to work in US time zone.
