Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Case Management, HR Portal, Virtual Agent, Live Agent, and Knowledge Base, along with strong technical skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS, XML, and HTML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Work with technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, and HTML to create custom solutions.
• Implement and optimize HR Case Management, HR Portal, Virtual Agent, Live Agent, and Knowledge Base.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
• Work through the full SDLC, from design to deployment.
• Support HR service consolidations and customizations in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in the SDLC process.
• Experience in HR service consolidations and customizations in ServiceNow.

Preferred:

ServiceNow Certifications.

Experience with ServiceNow Integrations.
