- Implement overall design and development of multiple servicenow applications
- Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the junior servicenow developers
- Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
- Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers
- Connect with stakeholder to drive the requirements and collaborate to deliver solutions
What You Will Need :
- Advanced servicenow certications including CAD
- Real time experience delivering the projects and solutions
Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), and Performance Analytics.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)
4+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow
Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
