Job Description

Position Brief:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the project management business in India. You will be have profit centre responsibility in managing & leading Corporate Interior Fitout Projects for India - aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management for India

Key Skill Sets Required

The candidate should have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communications, and writing skills. S/he should be a good team player and be fluent in both English and Korean. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled operator and will be comfortable executing projects as well as with business development.

Responsibilities - Key Result Areas:

Profit Centre responsibility for the Service line - aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management services for that India
Provide leadership and implement strategic initiatives to differentiate our Project Management offerings across India
Build a local Project Management team for India that can deliver best in class services for our clients.
Undertake leadership role in cross service line initiatives being implemented at the office/regional level.
Will be responsible for leading the initiative to receive positive client feedback on our services rendered

Qualifications

Expected Skills Sets & Experience:

Qualified Civil Engineer/ Architect
Core domain knowledge (Project Management) and minimum domain experience
