Job Description
As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for India at Cornerstone OnDemand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving growth in our fastest growing talent hub. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, collaborate with our India Leadership team, ensuring alignment between our recruitment initiatives and broader business objectives.
In this role, you ll have the chance to influence the future of our organization by implementing innovative strategies that attract top talent, optimize recruitment processes, and foster a culture of excellence. As we invest in India and expand our representation across all functions, you will be at the forefront of this exciting journey, helping to shape the narrative around our employer brand and making a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
In this role you will:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the India market.
- Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring processes, and improve recruitment efficiency. Constantly seeking service efficiencies through benchmarking, proactive forecasting, process improvements and problem solving mindset.
- Building strategic partnerships with local universities and organizations to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Crafting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and schedulers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implementing innovative training programs for local interviewers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
- Driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our recruitment efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align talent acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
- Standardizing our internship program to create a pipeline of future talent and provide valuable experiences for interns.
- Regularly communicating recruitment progress and successes to stakeholders, celebrating wins, and identifying areas for growth.
You ve got what it takes if you have
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years leading high-performing teams in a high-growth product company, ideally managing a minimum of 500+ hires annually
- A track record of successfully leading teams that support all business functions, both technical and non-technical.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate contrasting opinions backed by data and insights.
- Is proficient at market intelligence and developing analytics that can help with objective decision making. An innovative mindset, staying abreast of the latest in talent acquisition trends.
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to partner effectively with other areas of the People team to enhance overall HR initiatives.
- The ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion with minimal oversight.
- A passion for fostering a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (India is a must, other regions would be an advantage)
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and understanding of workforce agility trends is a plus.
