Pending Invoice processing executive ( Australian Shift)

Job location: Domlur -Bangalore

Job timings: Australian Shift timings

Role & responsibilities:

• Perform pending invoice tasks including but not limited to:
• Trouble shoot invoice issues
• Escalate any technical issues to IT for resolution and test solutions put in place
• Set up RWOs Set up Recurring Work orders
• Amend/Extend RWOs Amend/Extend Recurring Work orders
• Resolve Pending issues
• Resolve all pending invoice issues, ABN Mismatch, missing information on invoices, wrong order number

Preferred candidate profile

• Exceptional organization skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
• Strong English Skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Typing skills minimum 60wpm, 98% accuracy.
• Skill and experience reading legal documents, with high level comprehension
• Proactive and self-motivated, willing to add value to the team and have ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Skill and experience in accurate data entry.
• Willingness to work beyond core tasks as necessary to assist with any overflow from colleagues as appropriate.
• Attention to detail.
