We are urgently hiring a Python Lead with expertise in web application development. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable applications, developing APIs, ensuring performance, and leading a team. Must have experience with Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI), AWS, CI/CD, and team management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, FastAPI
• Experience with AWS, ORM (SQLAlchemy)
• 3+ years team management
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
