We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst from US Healthcare Industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, with expertise in Pyspark,MYSQL, HIVE, Spark, and Python. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from large datasets, driving informed business decisions.

Responsibilities :

Data Collection and Integration :

- Retrieve and collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Integrate data from multiple platforms and databases.

Data Cleaning and Transformation :

- Cleanse and preprocess raw data to ensure its quality and reliability.

- Transform and structure data for efficient analysis.

Database Management :

- Proficient in MySQL for database management and querying.

- Utilize HIVE for data warehousing and querying large datasets.

Big Data Processing :

- Experience with Apache Spark for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets.

- Implement efficient Spark jobs for data processing and analytics.

Statistical Analysis and Modeling :

- Apply statistical methods to analyze data trends and patterns.

- Develop and implement predictive models for business forecasting.

Programming and Scripting :

- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.

- Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and analysis purposes.

Data Visualization :

- Create clear and insightful data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

- Utilize tools such as Tableau or Power BI for visualization.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Proficient in MYSQL, HIVE, Spark, and Python.

- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.

- Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms.

- Experience with data lakes and NoSQL databases.
