The Role
Were seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative systems. From building scalable solutions to refining existing ones, youll work in an Agile environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a pragmatic programmer and systematic thinker, youll apply industry best practices across a diverse tech stack to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in team ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions).
• Create clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis and contribute to product design.
• Write clean, testable code, ensuring compatibility and stability.
• Mentor and guide peers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Cloud Experience: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS.
• Tech Mastery: Strong skills in the following technologies: (Must needed skillset)
• Backend: Python, Django, Microservices, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML.
• API: REST, Web API.
• Version Control: Git.

• Comfortable with Agile practices
• Must be at home in a team environment in terms of communication & peer reviews.
• Be a person that takes ownership of and pride in your work
• Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

This position is for a Sr Full Stack Python Devloper who will be responsible for providing solutions to complex design problems. We expect you to work in an independent role and deliver end-to-end solutions.
