We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations to support organizational growth
Job Role :
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs for their teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processes.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including joining, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with senior management to drive strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Support organizational change and handle restructuring processes as needed.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a dynamic work environment effectively.
Technical Skill:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, with at least 1-2 years in a senior/executive role
