Conduct welfare activities for employee engagement throughout the year. Attends to employees grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary. Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment. Managing Fun Activities in the organization
Submitting the monthly attendance details on time to the payroll. Coordinating with all the third party agencies for smooth functioning of the system (PF, Payroll, contractors and HR of different units). Performing general Administration Functions.
Ensuring all the ISMS Audit in the corporate office
Completion of PMS process of all employees.
Conducts exit interview. Ensure F&F for all the left employees. Make a report on Exit analysis every month
Oversee end-to-end management of contract labor, ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. Coordinate with contractors to manage worker attendance, wages, and grievance redressal. Maintain records related to contract labour deployment, statutory compliance, and documentation. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with labour regulations and contractual agreements. Liaise with contractors for timely renewal of agreements and adherence to agreed terms. Provide training and support to contract workers on organizational policies and safety protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
Experience for 2 - 3 years in a manufacturing company.
