Executive - Treasury

Job Purpose

The person should be able handle the Treasury Function on day to day basis with particular emphasis on Banking & Foreign Exchange Management.

Roles & Responsiblities

1. Cash flow Management & Liquidity Management Daily Cash Flow management & ensuring that deficits are appropriately funded & excess funds are invested to optimize utilization of funds.
2. Banking Liaising with Bankers on Daily Operation activities. Vetting of the Bank Documents & maintaining banking relations, preparation of Financial Projections/ CMA, renewal of Working Capital Limits, monitoring of various covenants etc.
3. Daily Investment & redemptions in Mutual Funds: Ensuring that daily Investments /redemption in Mutual Funds on timely manner for liquidity management & Liaising with Mutual Fund house on daily operations & opening & updating of folios.
4. Debt & Investment management Assessing the debt requirement of the company. Preparation of debt profile & liaising with banks to fund the requirement. Raising funds through capital market products like debentures, commercial paper etc. Ensuring pre and post sanction compliance related to the same.
5. Assisting in Dealing with the Credit Rating Agencies, submission of documents to them and liaising for the renewal of Credit Rating every year.
6. Assisting in Dealing with Authorized Dealer and RBI on ODI/ FDI Matters and other regulatory aspects of transactions.
7. Preparation of Annual Budgets.
8. Monthly closing activities & preparation of various MIS.
9. Preparation of FFR1/FFR2, ANNEXURE 1 & ANNEXURE 3 and UFCE and timely submission to bank.

Preferred candidate profile

• Inter CA /MBA in Finance with 1-3 years of experience in similar industry.
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including cash management solutions.
