Inside CoinDCX s Enterprise IT Team Our Enterprise IT team ensures that CoinDCX s technological infrastructure is robust, reliable, and secure. We manage everything from network security to user support, enabling all teams to work efficiently. If you re a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT, join us in keeping CoinDCX s operations running smoothly and securely. You need to be a HODLer of these Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-12 years of proven experience in IT management, with a focus on user-centric services. Expertise in Google Workspace, Slack, ManageEngine, Atlassian Suite, IT Asset Management, and endpoint and email security tools. Strong skills in user experience design, automation, vendor management, project management, negotiation, and budgeting. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement process improvements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus. Should be able to handle a team size of 5 -10 people. You will be mining through these tasks Develop and execute IT strategies to improve user experiences and business efficiency. Identify opportunities for technological improvement, innovation, and automation to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization. Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and security of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of incidents. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT services. Oversee and manage tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), and ManageEngine. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering skill development and performance excellence. Define roles, set objectives, and monitor progress within the IT department. Implement IT policies, processes, and compliance controls. Collaborate with the security team to ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place. Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to manage IT services and solutions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand and address IT requirements. Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Ensure IT services are designed to meet user needs, delivering an intuitive and seamless experience. Regularly collect user feedback to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes.
