If you re an engineer who loves pushing boundaries and solving tough problems, join us in building the technology that will define the future of Web3.You need to be a HODLer of these * 10+ years experience in Software Engineering. * Proven track record of managing large teams and cross-functional projects in the trading domain. * Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability. * Deep understanding of HFT algorithms, latency-sensitive trading, and market microstructure. * Expertise in high-performance computing, low-latency networking, and trading platform architecture. * Track record of designing Engineering organizational structure. * Business acumen: Proven understanding of business dynamics, goals, and product strategy. * The ability to balance business needs, a sense of urgency, conflicting constraints, and shipping high-quality and pragmatic solutions in a fast-moving and quickly-growing company. * Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java) and technologies (e.g., FPGA/GPU acceleration, cloud-based infrastructure). * Excellent communication and English skills.You will be mining through these tasks * Lead, coach and inspire a team of Engineers, Engineering Managers and QAs. * Lead the Trade platform s vision, direction, and growth, working closely with senior leadership to define short- and long-term goals. * Support all facets of team management to attract, engage, retain, and nurture teams of outstanding engineers (e.g., recruitment, mentoring, training and development, performance evaluation). * Drive excellent customer experience, continually raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity. * Create and foster an environment where our engineering teams can create their best possible work. * Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement. * Oversee the development and optimization of the Trade platform, ensuring it operates with minimal latency and is scalable to support complex strategies and large trading volumes. * Lead agile software processes for the engineering team and introduce best-in-class industry practices. * Handle technical debt to ensure our development velocity stays responsive and predictable while minimizing production incidents of our operations.Are you the one?
