You need to be a HODLer of these Be both a highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading teams in high-performance, low-latency environments. Strong hands-on experience in low-latency trading systems, market microstructure. Expertise in languages such as C++, Python, or Java, with a focus on performance optimization and high-frequency computation. Familiarity with FPGA/GPU acceleration, high-performance networking protocols, and distributed systems. Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts Should have demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management You will be mining through these tasks Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key technical areas related to trading systems (e.g., low-latency networking, distributed systems, high-performance computing).
