US IT Recruiter (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles in the US market
✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
✅ Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools for talent acquisition
✅ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
✅ Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Experience with US IT recruitment, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types
🔹 Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
