Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter who already has a strong pool of Data Analytics candidates, including OPT, CPT, H1B, and Green Card holders. The recruiter should be proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT, CPT, H1B in the Data Analytics domain (including SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence).
• Identify, screen, and onboard candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in data analytics and related fields.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with training institutes, universities, and candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure all candidate documentation is up-to-date, including resumes, work authorization documents, and compliance records.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand client requirements and provide pre-screened, qualified candidates.
• Provide training and guidance to candidates to enhance their job search effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an OPT recruiter, with a strong candidate database in Data Analytics and related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Strong knowledge of the US job market, visa processes, and work authorization policies.
• Experience using job boards, social media, and networking platforms to source candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet hiring goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with data consulting firms, staffing agencies, or direct clients hiring Data Analytics professionals.
• Established relationships with universities and training institutes for a steady flow of OPT candidates.
• Understanding of data analytics technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and AWS/GCP/Azure to better screen candidates.
