Job Overview: Circle IT Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead OPT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for OPT/CPT candidates, collaborate with U.S.-based clients, and lead a team of recruiters. We are specifically looking for female candidates with 2-3 years of lead recruitment experience, who possess excellent communication and convincing skills to hire potential candidates. This is an onsite job and we are looking for candidates who are committed to long-term growth with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the complete recruitment process for OPT/CPT candidates, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards like LinkedIn, College Board, social media platforms, and free job portals to source qualified candidates.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with U.S. state and commercial clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet targets and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
• OPT Hiring Expertise: Utilize your strong knowledge of OPT U.S. hiring, visa types, tax terms, and industry requirements. Maintain a comprehensive database of OPT candidates.
• Technology Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest technologies and recruit candidates accordingly.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process and ensure successful onboarding of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Lead Experience: 2-3 years of lead experience in recruitment, managing teams and achieving recruitment targets.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve success.
• Communication & Convincing Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills to interact with clients and candidates effectively.
• Training & Development: Ability to train freshers as OPT/W2 recruiters, contributing to their professional growth.
• Commitment: We are looking for candidates who are committed to long-term growth with the company, not individuals who are looking for short-term opportunities.
• OPT Expertise: Strong experience in recruiting OPT/CPT candidates with knowledge of U.S. visa processes and tax terms.
