Job Title: Lead Bench Sales & SME Coordinator


Work location: Jyothi Imperial, Old Mumbai Highway, Janardana Hills, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500482.
Work Hours: Night Shift - 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (IST - Time)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Circle IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in leading Bench Sales, US Staffing, Business Development, SME Coordination, and account management. This role requires a leader who can manage the bench sales process, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure that consultants are placed with clients in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the US market and a proven track record in managing bench sales teams and client accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Bench Sales: Manage the bench sales process, identify consultant availability, and effectively market consultants to clients in the US market.
  • SME Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to align consultant skills with project needs and client requirements.
  • Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to ensure consultants are effectively placed and that the process is streamlined for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies for marketing available consultants and identifying client opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and align available consultants to meet these requirements.
  • Evaluate candidates strengths and weaknesses through effective screening processes.
  • Coordinate proxy interviews, ensuring consultants are fully prepared and presentable to clients.
  • Train consultants on tools like Otter and Lip-sync, as well as best practices for interviews and professional behavior.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and monitor consultant progress data using Excel sheets, and report frequently to management.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess applicants relevant skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior bench sales recruiters and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on consultant progress, placements, and client feedback.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and ensure the efficient execution of staffing strategies.
  • Advise management on market trends and staffing requirements to improve recruitment efforts and business development strategies.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to final placements, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading Bench Sales teams in the US Staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and consultant training.
  • Experience with screening tools and interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and report on consultant progress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of business development, SME coordination, and client management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical recruitment and staffing best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
