Mandatory : Securities modules experience.

T24 Production Support Analyst is responsible for IT application support activities including maintenance, administration, and second line support.

Skills :

A Bachelor degree - Information Technology or equivalent qualifications

Knowledge of T24 Core Banking system R14 or higher (preferably knowledge in Securities module)

Prior experience in T24 Close of Business monitoring will be a plus point

Working knowledge of TAFJ, SQL scripting, Java, JIRA, HPSM ticketing and MS Excel

Preferably prior usage of Dynatrace and Splunk logs to identify/troubleshoot issues

T24 Production Support Analyst is responsible for IT application support activities including maintenance, administration, and second line support.
