Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to software products and services.
  
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO/customer support industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization from a recognized university.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
