Product Consultant T24

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Temenos T24. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and customization of Temenos T24 solutions to meet client requirements

Oversee the integration of Temenos T24 with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow

Provide technical expertise in Temenos T24 to support project teams and clients

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into technical specifications

Develop and maintain documentation related to Temenos T24 configurations and customizations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality

Train and mentor junior team members on Temenos T24 best practices

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations

Continuously update knowledge on Temenos T24 and related technologies

Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements

Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in Temenos T24 implementation and customization

Should have a strong understanding of Asset and Wealth Management domain

Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Should have experience in system integration and data migration

Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to mentor and train junior team members

Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends

Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Should have experience in client-facing roles and providing technical support

Must be able to develop and maintain technical documentation

Should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector

Certifications Required

Temenos T24 Certification ITIL Certification Certification in Asset and Wealth Management (optional)
