Greetings from Cognizant!
We are hiring for a Java Support Engineer
Mandatory skills : Java PL SQL, Unix Scripting, Production L2/L3 Support Experience
Location - Bangalore
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days
Experience - 5 Years - 10 Years ( Below 5 Years refrain from Applying)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Java-based applications and PL/SQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java,PL/SQL, and Unix scripting.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and system management.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications.
