ROLE PURPOSE:

This role would deliver exceptional support for the CTS (Customer Technical Support) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with excellent communication skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless service in the payments domain.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CTS and related payment systems. Resolve issues related to PL/SQL queries, databases, and application performance.

• Assist customers with TPP (Third Party Payment) and CMS (Card Management System) inquiries. Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure resolution within SLAs.

• Identify recurring issues and provide input for process and product improvements. Act as a point of contact for escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quick resolutions.

• Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for internal and client use

WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE

• 2-5 years of experience in technical/customer support in the payment's domain

• Graduate or Postgraduate BCA/B TECH

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, MySQL, Linux, and basic Java troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of TPP, CMS (Card Management System), and CTS systems is highly desirable.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
