Job Description



We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our BL team with 6 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently during day shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for business insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and performance metrics.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards Payments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 7 years.
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards Payments is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
