Job Description

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 16 to 19 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of PPM methodologies and tools and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of PPM solutions to meet business requirements

Oversee the development and maintenance of project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Provide technical expertise in PPM tools and methodologies to optimize project delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables

Ensure the successful execution of projects by monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise

Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and reports

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure timely and effective project execution

Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Implement best practices in PPM to enhance project management capabilities across the organization

Support the development of project management skills within the team through training and mentoring

Analyze project data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in all project activities

Contribute to the continuous improvement of PPM processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in PPM tools and methodologies

Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentation

Have experience in facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams

Display the ability to mentor and train team members in project management best practices

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues

Demonstrate the ability to analyze project data and make data-driven recommendations

Show a commitment to ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent PPM certification.
