Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SBU Head MDU with 18 to 22 years of experience to lead our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership and will work in a hybrid model. This role requires a visionary approach to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the company s objectives. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning process for the SBU ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Oversee the implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Provide guidance and direction to the SBU team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure the SBU meets its financial targets and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with other business units to leverage synergies and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Manage the SBUs budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Report on the SBUs performance to senior management providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in strategic leadership with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in managing budgets and financial performance.
Have a deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
