8 to 12 years overall experience with minimum 8 years into MarTech domain

Technical resource with extensive knowledge in Adobe Campaign and Experience Cloud solutions.

Responsible for solutioning and development of Campaigns

Participate in technical discussions with customer IT BU and Adobe and recommend solutions

Technical support for all issues in the tool and platform

Lead and resolve key issues guide the developers identify issue and resolution

Co-ordinate with relevant teams.

Co-ordinate with relevant teams and stake holders strive for resolution of issues.

Responsible for review of fixes configurations and campaign development (ensuring campaign development is as per business requirements)
