Team Lead

Role: you will support the Product Solutions teams in managing launch and change requests from stakeholders. You will work closely with our stakeholder and partner teams to manage the progress of each request and track the completion of action items for a successful go-live.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Launch progress and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage communications of requests to stakeholders for launch and change tasks, send meeting summaries and AIs after the syncs
• Collect and organize key information about launch and change requests from stakeholders and leverage information to evaluate and determine the tasks, participants, and timelines required for a successful go-live
• Track action items across stakeholders, owning communications to understand statuses and blockers to drive progress forward to meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Provide operational support for handling repeated requests with defined steps
• Manage accuracy and completeness of structured data related to each request

Mandate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
• Stakeholder management experience
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• 1-2 years working experience with Project Management/Program Management
• Proficient in using Google Doc, Sheets and Slides.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with workflow or ticket management systems
• Prior work experience on site at Client location
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic SQL

• Rotational shift, WFO
