Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator with 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Payer Finance & Accounting domains. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving systems.

Ensure the integrity and security of data within the SAP systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business processes.

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and procedures.

Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Assist in the development and execution of data retention and archiving strategies.

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP systems and processes.

Participate in project planning and execution to enhance SAP system capabilities.

Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and system errors.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of system performance and issues.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving.

Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

Have a good understanding of Payer Finance & Accounting domains.

Exhibit excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Show proficiency in developing and executing data retention and archiving strategies.

Display the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.
